Sales Assistant
WFI International
Job Functions and duties :
- Order Processing, distributing applicable files/forms to the necessary departments.
- General front office work, coordinating with other team members to relieve receptionist as needed.
- Maintaining sales order files. Matching documents and filing them in the appropriate place for future reference.
- Provide support for the Sales team.
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and greet visitors.
- Back-up for Data/order entry – Entering customer information, order specifications, product item numbers, and selling prices. Processing change orders, working with the sales team.
- All other duties as directed by manager.
Qualifications for Sales Assistant :
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency using computers - specifically with Microsoft Excel
