At Restore Hyper Wellness, you are trained to become a "Restore Expert", you’ll be the face of the studio—creating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients’ wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment. Location: Kirkland
Job Type: Full time/ Part time
Compensation: $21-$25 hourly
Schedule: Weekdays and a minimum of 4 weekend days per month Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
- Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
- Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
- Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines.
- Consistently help to achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
- Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
- Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
- Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
- Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
- Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
- Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
- Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1+ year in customer service and sales
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with technology and client management systems
- Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.
