We are seeking a high-performing, sales-driven Personal Training Manager / Member Experience Manager (MXM) to lead training revenue growth, deliver exceptional member experiences, and help build one of the strongest coaching cultures in the market.This is not an entry-level fitness position. We are looking for a proven fitness sales professional with a strong background in personal training sales, relationship building, accountability, and member retention.Our Floresville location is part of a growing multi-club ownership group that prioritizes leadership development, operational excellence, and career advancement. Anytime Fitness is considered one of the premier places to work within the fitness industry, offering a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where high performers are rewarded and developed.Sales Leadership & Revenue GrowthDrive personal training revenue through fitness consultations, goal-setting appointments, and strategic coaching recommendationsMeet and exceed monthly revenue, training, and membership goalsActively prospect leads through calls, texts, referrals, outreach, and community networkingBuild and maintain a consistent sales pipeline using club CRM systemsConduct club tours and confidently close memberships and training packagesFollow up relentlessly with prospects and inactive membersMember Experience & RetentionOversee the member onboarding process from consultation through long-term accountabilityHelp members establish realistic goals and customized fitness plansDeliver a high-touch coaching experience that improves retention and engagementMaintain meaningful member touch points and accountability systemsResolve member concerns professionally and proactivelyLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead and support the personal training team through coaching, accountability, and mentorshipHelp create a positive, energetic, and results-driven club cultureCollaborate with ownership and club leadership on growth strategies and operational executionAssist with marketing initiatives, community events, and local partnershipsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation structure with uncapped commission potentialHourly administrative pay plus ongoing commissionsLarge personal training package opportunities and recurring revenue potentialMedical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible full-time employeesOngoing leadership development and career advancement opportunitiesOpportunity for growth within a multi-location ownership groupSupportive, high-performance team environmentRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of personal training sales experience REQUIREDProven track record of successfully selling personal training programs and fitness servicesCurrent nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)Current CPR/AED certificationStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking for the saleSelf-motivated, coachable, and highly accountableExperience with fitness CRM and management software preferred (ABC/Club OS experience is a plus)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environmentWho Succeeds in This RoleThe ideal candidate is:Competitive and goal-orientedPassionate about changing lives through fitnessComfortable with sales and performance expectationsOrganized and disciplined with follow-upA natural leader who leads by exampleEnergized by helping both members and teammates succeedIf you are passionate about fitness, love building relationships, and have a proven ability to sell and lead, we want to hear from you.
