Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks quickly while maintaining accuracy and presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Upsell menu items, specials, and signature dishes.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean, organized section and assist with side work as needed.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.
- Strong multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois.
Schedule
