Housing Case Manager - Community Outreach

Father-Bill

Father Bill’s & MainSpring in Braintree, MA is seeking a Regular Full-Time Case Manager to provide community-based housing support using a housing-first approach. The role involves on-going case management, assessments, planning, implementation, and coordination to help individuals and families achieve positive tenancies. Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience is required; Master’s Degree in social work or related field is preferred, with 2+ years of direct care experience encouraged. #J-18808-Ljbffr Father-Bill
