Minimum 1-year current ED RN experience BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC &, NIH CPI Blue card Active KS licensure Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Meditech experience Been to a 52 bed ER or larger Good grasp on patient experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): IV starts, medication administration, sedations, pediatrics Best personality Fit: Able to keep up with our fast pace ER Diverse and able to learn quickly, we are a young crowd and assume you can handle your own Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
