You make the decisions, own the results, and set the standard for what a Gold's Gym PNW club can be.Core ValuesMotivating: We inspire members and teammates to show up and push further than they thought they could.Authentic: We're real with people, honest about what fits their goals, and never pushy.Passionate: We love fitness, our clubs, and the community we build together.Key ResponsibilitiesCulture and LeadershipSet the standard for a Motivating, Authentic, and Passionate club culture and model it every dayDevelop your co-leader as a true partner in running the club and a future General ManagerRun team meetings that share goals, promotions, and wins, and keep everyone informed and equippedRecognize great work and celebrate team and member milestonesMembership GrowthOwn the club's membership goals and build the plan to hit them each monthLead by example on tours, guiding guests to the membership that fits their goalsCoach the team on lead follow-up, guest experience, and converting first visits into membersDrive retention so members stay engaged, upgrade, and keep coming backBring club promotions, events, and community partnerships to lifeTeam DevelopmentRecruit, hire, and onboard a team that fits the cultureTrain, coach, and hold the team accountable through observation, feedback, and leading by exampleBuild schedules that cover peak hours and stay within labor budgetGrow team members into the club's next leadersBusiness PerformanceManage the club's revenue, labor, and expense goals and use the numbers to plan each week and monthOwn your club's KPIs and present your results and plans to company leadershipMake sure every member interaction, in person, by phone, and by email, leaves them glad they're part of the gymKeep the club clean, safe, and equipment-ready, and manage repairs and vendorsEnsure opening and closing procedures and company policies are followedQualificationsA leader who genuinely wants to help people better themselves through fitness.2+ years managing a team of 10 or more, with a track record of developing people3+ years in fitness, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or other service operationsProven success hitting sales or revenue goalsComfortable reading KPI and labor reports and turning them into actionStrong communicator, in writing and in person, and an even stronger listenerComfortable with gym or POS software, email, and scheduling toolsAvailability across weekdays, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plusCPR/AED certification, which can be obtained after hireCompensation and Benefits$45,000 - $60,000 annually based on experiencePaid Time Off (PTO) after first 90 days of employmentFree membership at all Gold's Gym PNW clubs, including tanning and red-light therapy, plus a guestLeadership development and room to grow within a multi-club organizationWork Environment: You'll be on your feet for the entire shift and must be comfortable with that. You'll move through every area of the club, occasionally lifting, spotting, or demonstrating exercises. It's a busy gym: music, weights, and lots of people. Onsite only; relocation assistance is not provided.
