Position: Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) - San Antonio/Austin Location: Any Texas Office, TXJob Id: 4847 # of Openings: 1 Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) - San Antonio or Austin, Texas Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior Electrical Engineer, with their Texas PE License, to join our growing MEP Engineering team based out of one of our Texas offices (San Antonio, Austin). The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering design in lighting and power distribution systems for Commercial, Industrial, and/or Institutional projects. This position offers an excellent career development opportunity for someone looking to grow with Halff, with potential for not only business and personal growth, but ownership in the firm.Learn about Halff and our 75th AnniversaryWhat you will do:Responsible for planning and preparing engineered contract documentation for assigned projects, working with or as an electrical Project Manager to meet deadlines, aiding in or providing engineering decisions, and collaborating with other engineers, architects, and/or owners.Responsible for creating electrical project construction documents, plans, specifications, and design analyses for electrical/lighting system designs.Responsible for on-site visits, as necessary, to collect existing condition information, attend meetings, respond to construction inquiries, and report on-site observations.
