Senior Program Associate

We’re seeking a Senior Program Associate for a range of EV charging-related initiatives, including providing technical assistance, supporting outreach and engagement efforts with multifamily, commercial, local government, and utility stakeholders, and helping develop related educational resources that advance EV charging adoption

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Coordinate and support projects that advance electric mobility and EV charging initiatives Provide technical assistance and engage with multifamily, commercial, utility, and local government stakeholders Manage project tracking, databases, reporting, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery Conduct research, analyze project data, and develop educational resources, toolkits, and program materials Support marketing, outreach, events, and stakeholder communications, including newsletters and social media Assist with grant proposals, RFP responses, funding research, and business development efforts

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

At least 2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in transportation, energy, sustainability, or a related field Working knowledge of EV charging infrastructure or experience in a related industry (renewable energy, utilities, electrical trades, etc.) Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working with diverse stakeholders and building collaborative relationships Strong research, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities Located in or willing to relocate to Portland, OR, with the ability to travel occasionally (up to 5 times per year)
