Housing Access & Stabilization Specialist

Bronx Family Network is seeking a Housing Specialist in Hillside-Queens, NY to help individuals transition from homelessness to permanent housing. This full-time role focuses on locating suitable housing, guiding applicants through the rental process, and preparing clients for independent living. You will build relationships with landlords, brokers, and property managers; accompany clients to viewings; assist with lease negotiations; and support government housing programs, subsidies, and #J-18808-Ljbffr BXFN
