Operations Manager

Following significant growth and adoption across leading pharmaceutical organizations, they are looking to hire a People Operations Manager to help build the internal foundation that will support the company's next phase of scale. This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of People Operations, Office Management, and Executive Support, working directly alongside founders to create an exceptional employee experience and high-performance culture. What You'll Be Doing: Own onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every employee has a seamless experience from day one Support performance review cycles, employee programs, and people initiatives across the business Maintain and improve HR policies, documentation, and internal people processes Act as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, support, and day-to-day people operations Coordinate company events, offsites, team activities, and the annual company retreat Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, workplace logistics, and office experience Provide administrative and operational support to founders, including scheduling, travel coordination, and ad hoc projects Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve how the business operates What They’re Looking For: Experience across People Operations, HR, Office Management, Executive Support, or similar operational roles Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience supporting onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and internal operations Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization Naturally proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented Excited by ownership, ambiguity, and building within a high-growth startup environment Why Join?
