Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to understand clients' mental health history, current challenges, and support systems.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, tailored to individual needs.

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and incorporate strategies for ongoing progress.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and integrative care.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, promoting open dialogue and community support among participants.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring the safety and welfare of clients.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, preserving the integrity of client records.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups focused on empowerment and education around mental health topics.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
