Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Assist the Site Manager in supervising and coordinating daily operations. · Lead, train, and coach crew members to ensure top performance and teamwork. · Ensure all customers receive high-quality service and satisfaction. · Support scheduling, performance tracking, and operational improvements. · Help monitor equipment, supplies, and inventory to maintain efficiency. · Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. · Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism. · Lead by example with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving. · Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management. Job Requirements · High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred). · 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or leadership roles. · Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. · Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in MS Office applications (preferred). · Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Work Environment & Physical Demands · Ability to stand, walk, and manage operations throughout shifts. · Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. · Ability to lift to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally. · Compliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements.
