Global Head of Maintenance and Innovation Strategy

CSL Behring seeks a Global Head of Maintenance and Innovation Strategy to lead asset reliability and technical innovation across our global pharmaceutical manufacturing network. Reporting into Executive, Management & Leadership, you will craft and execute a long‑range strategy for maintenance excellence, digitalization, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, compliant, and cost‑effective operations. Partnering with site leaders, engineering, quality, and R&D, you will standardize best practices, deploy predictive and preventive maintenance programs, and champion data‑driven innovation that enhances uptime and product quality. You will build and mentor a high‑performing global team while fostering CSL Behring’s patient‑focused, science‑driven, collaborative culture.
