This role requires a driven individual with a strong foundation in restaurant construction management. The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight on projects, ensuring successful outcomes that align with our strategic goals and customer expectations.Tampa, FLResponsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Preconstruction team to estimate and plan projects efficiently.Read and interpret construction plans and specifications tailored to restaurant construction.Mentor and support less experienced project management staff, fostering a team environment that emphasizes growth and learning.Develop and maintain relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to secure and sustain business growth.Manage the procurement of Subcontractors and Vendors, ensuring comprehensive scope of work reviews, contract compliance, and risk management.Address and resolve drawing interpretation issues, conflicts, and discrepancies.Oversee project administration tasks including Submittals, RFI's, Change Order Proposals, Owner Billings, and Monthly Reports.Ensure accurate and timely financial projections and cost management to forecast total estimated project costs.Monitor and update Project Schedules, reporting on progress and ensuring timely project delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
