Local Team Collaboration:

• Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 21 physicians and 6 APPs with the support of a clinical performance nurse at Cleveland Clinic Mercy.
• We take pride in our relationship with the hospital and encourage our providers to join hospital committees and participate in medical staff.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine.
• We proudly support both H1B & J1 visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.
• All required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are coveredby Sound.
• New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.

Scheduling:

• We are hiring a Hospitalist to work 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shifts in a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
• Our Hospitalists also rotate through swing shifts.
• We have 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedules, but we help cover for our teammates as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Our hospitalists manage the inpatient coverage.
• The ICU is closed, and our team is not expected to perform procedures or run codes.
• Our team participates in team huddles.
