Culver’s of Springfield, MO- Sunshine is looking for new full and part-time managers! Now hiring managers $15-$21+/hour based on experience and availability!

We're looking for energetic leaders to help build the True Blue Crew for Culver’s of Springfield!

As a member of our management team, you’ll oversee it all! Build and lead great shifts, empower team members, and help maintain a positive attitude throughout the restaurant. Responsibilities:

• Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
• Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
• Support the development of a high performing team, leading as a coach and mentor
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year management experience
• Restaurant experience is preferred
