PRODUCTION MANAGER

Review and analyze performance trends of underwriting and sales staff and make changes to maximize returns and maintain good customer service. Review and analyze portfolio trends for profitable growth. Prepare and Present when needs on Indirect Lending Trends. Assist Sales Team or Internal partners in communications with key clients and prospects. Develop good business relationships with key leaders in other lines of business in the bank, and cross functional clients throughout bank umbrella. Develop and Present Incentive plans for both Underwriting and Sales Teams if requested Partner with Risk Team on identifying Risk on portfolio and the Dealer Base and present any changes or trends to Sr. Management in IAL or corporate committees. Manage the Aftermarket process within Indirect on which companies we accept and maintain a good follow up process for collection of rebates and refunds. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and relevant regulations. Required Skills/Abilities: High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work with a team and Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, preferred 8+ years of experience in Indirect Lending or financial operations. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at Travel to evaluate territory performance in all market areas.
