We're looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to help hotels in Thailand grow their online revenue with Exely's digital tools. You'll analyze clients' current setup, website, booking engine, PMS, OTA presence, identify growth opportunities, and build clear recommendations to boost efficiency and profit. Through regular calls and on-site meetings, you'll guide hoteliers in implementing solutions that drive measurable results.

Main KPIs: revenue growth, at least 15 in-person meetings per month, and the number of successfully implemented recommendations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills; comfortable with calls and visits.
• Based in Thailand (Bangkok/Pattaya) region, ready to travel across Bangkok/Pattaya.
• Native in Thai, advanced English.
• Experience in active sales or customer success is a plus.
• Understanding of hotel revenue structure, internal operations, and systems (booking engine, OTA, PMS, channel manager).
• CRM proficiency and a strong customer-oriented mindset required.
