System Management: Provide system support for and manage daily operations within the Defi Servicing and VLOS (Vehicle Lending Origination System) platforms.
Loan Operations: Oversee ongoing loan servicing activities, including payment collection, escrow analysis, and processing paid loans, ensuring all procedures are compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
Reconciliation & Reporting: Lead daily and monthly cash reconciliations between servicing systems and bank statements, resolving discrepancies and ensuring audit readiness.
DeFi Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and categorize DeFi transactions across various blockchains, integrating these solutions into existing systems and applications.
Process Improvement: Drive automation initiatives, converting manual workflows into efficient, technology-enabled processes to improve accuracy and scalability.
Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to loan servicing and ensure departmental compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards in both TradFi and DeFi contexts.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with precision and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills (Macros are a plus).
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple high-impact initiatives.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and degree in accounting and finance is desired.
