Receiving ClerkPrimary Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Clerk to support inbound warehouse operations for a growing logistics company. This position is responsible for preparing and applying shipment labels, monitoring inbound activities, maintaining accurate warehouse records, updating information in warehouse systems, and communicating priorities and discrepancies with the warehouse team. As operations continue to expand, employees may temporarily be scheduled at both the Bolingbrook and Joliet facilities based on business needs. Reliable transportation between both locations is required.ResponsibilitiesPrint, prepare, and apply pallet and carton labels.Support daily inbound and receiving operations.Communicate work instructions, priorities, and exceptions with warehouse team members.Monitor unloading, palletizing, verification, and put-away activities.Review inbound records for accuracy and completeness.Enter and update quantities, pallet information, locations, and shipment status in the warehouse system.Prepare operational updates and reports.Identify and follow up on discrepancies or missing information.Track HOLD, Release, relabeling, rework, verification, and other inbound instructions.Confirm required actions are completed and accurately updated in the system.RequirementsEnglish proficiency required.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable using warehouse systems and entering operational data.Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse employees and leadership.Able to follow instructions, priorities, and established procedures.Reliable and organized with good follow-up skills.Reliable transportation between Bolingbrook and Joliet required.Available Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.Yellow safety vest required.Schedule & PayMonday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PMSaturday: As neededPay: $18.00 – $21.00/hourPosition: Temp-to-HireLocations: Bolingbrook & Joliet, ILIndustry: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) / Freight Forwarding
