About the Role This vital team member serves as the first contact and introduction to our valuable families whom we are committed to serving with world class, 5 star experience and service. The role is essential to the success of the team as they set the tone for what the family can expect with our amazing coaches and fun curriculum. It is a key component in operations and customer service/sales. What You’ll Do This role is a mix of customer communication, problem‑solving, and administrative execution in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll be a key point of contact for families and play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly.
