As a Packer , you will be responsible for preparing merchandise for distribution while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Inspect merchandise and collectibles for quality before packaging. Accurately package and label products for shipment. Utilize packing materials and equipment to ensure items are secured for transport. Verify order information and ensure correct items are packed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with meeting daily production goals and shipping deadlines. Always follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs. Qualifications Previous experience in packing, warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or retail is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive motions, including bending, reaching, and lifting. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. 1st Employment
