Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a committed Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse who will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and their newborns within acute care hospital environments. In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Managing patients during labor, as well as those in antepartum and postpartum stages.
- Conducting maternal-fetal assessments and monitoring electronic fetal heart tracings.
- Assisting with both vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
- Responding effectively to obstetric emergencies.
- Providing education and support to families throughout the birthing experience.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
