Overview We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join Dr. Halland Chen and the Cell Theory team in Miami. This is a hands-on, creative role managing digital content across websites, Substack, X, and YouTube — perfect for someone who loves blending storytelling, organization, and modern marketing. Education / Background: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Media Studies Experience: 1–3 years in marketing coordination, content creation, or social media Skills: Copywriting, SEO, Canva/Figma, Substack, YouTube Studio, X (Twitter), WordPress Bonus: Light video editing (Premiere, CapCut), basic analytics, wellness/science brand interest Personality Fit: Organized, creative, adaptable, enjoys storytelling and visual detail Preferred Style: Polished writing, design sensibility, curious about longevity/wellness What You’ll Do Manage and update Dr. Halland’s personal site and the Cell Theory website Coordinate the content calendar , blog pipeline, and creative assets Lightly edit and proof blog and article content before posting Publish and optimize content across Substack, X (Twitter), and YouTube Assist with email campaigns and cross-channel content launches Track engagement metrics and help refine strategy Support video uploads, light editing, and thumbnail/graphic creation 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content management Excellent writing and copyediting skills Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow Experience using Substack , X (Twitter) , and YouTube Studio Light design and editing skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or CapCut) Strong organizational skills and creative attention to detail Passion for wellness, longevity, and science-based storytelling Join a forward-thinking team at the intersection of health, science, and creativity — and help bring Dr. Halland’s vision for Cell Theory to life.
