LHH is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our client to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting a busy team in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a welcoming and professional office atmosphere
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
• Schedule appointments and managing calendars for client meetings, document drop-offs, and pickups
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain organized client files, records, and tax-related documentation
• Scan, copy, file, and prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents
• Accurately enter and update information in company databases and software systems
• Keep reception and conference areas clean, organized, and client-ready
• Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate ordering as needed
• Provide administrative support to CPAs and office staff, particularly during busy tax seasons
• Handle confidential client and company information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
• Ability to learn firm-specific applications and tax software
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism

Pay/Benefits

• $40,000 - $45,000 a year
