ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 after spending many years in the finance industry. While I enjoyed finance, I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to work directly with individuals and families, build lasting relationships, and make a meaningful impact in my community.

I graduated from the University of Nebraska and have been married to my wife, Lydia, for over a decade. We have two young children and enjoy spending time outdoors, running, hiking, participating in local races, and staying active as a family. Community involvement is important to us, and we proudly support organizations that provide scholarships for local students and serve military veterans.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Nick Hochstein - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
