Maintenance Supervisor - 1st Shift (Maintenance)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a high performance maintenance team
- Ensures that a high level of safety is adhered to at all times
- On a daily basis, receives assigned work orders and utilizes the team to accomplish daily objectives.
- Supervises scheduled PM's and visually inspect and test assigned machines and equipment for proper functionality.
- Supervises repairs on production equipment when a malfunction has been detected and helps to Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments
- Supervises the Lay out, assembly, installation and maintenance of piping systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of industrial / manufacturing maintenance technician experience.
- Preferred vocational or technical training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, kneel, climb, stretch/reach and walk on a consistent basis
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work full time and additional hours as needed
