The Position:

We're looking for a general laborer. The pay range we're offering is based on experience.

We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing.

We also offer a comprehensive health insurance packages for full-time positions.

Requirements:

• Hard worker with a positive attitude.
• Operate a forklift.
• Use hand tools.
• Good math skills.
• 1-3 years of sheet metal / steel fabrication experience
• Indoor and outdoor work year-round.
• Manually lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime available during peak times based on customer demands.
• Roll forming experience, a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Meet daily objectives in production, quality, and timely shipment of customer orders.
• Flexibility to move to work in other areas when required.
• Communicate with company managers on a daily basis ensuring objectives have been achieved in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
• Provide excellent customer service!
