The Opportunity

As an Insurance Agent, you'll be on the front lines of our growth - building relationships, generating referrals, closing business, and protecting families. You'll work closely with credit unions and community partners while developing a strong personal book of business.

You won't be doing this alone - you'll join a high-performing team of driven professionals with leadership support and a proven system for success.

What You'll Do

• Engage credit union members and community partners to offer insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong referral networks
• Generate new SEG/business opportunities (minimum 1 per month)
• Identify client needs and recommend customized insurance protection
• Close sales efficiently and accurately
• Partner with credit union branch managers to maximize opportunities
• Complete training, sales courses, and ongoing education
• Maintain accurate reporting, applications, and documentation
• Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings

What You Bring

• Proven sales success (insurance experience a plus)
• Insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy with reliable internet access
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel to worksites as needed
• A professional, ethical, and customer-first mindset
