Travel Med Surg RN
This is a 13-week contract position.
Nights, 7 PM to 7 AM, floating required.
We are seeking an experienced Travel Med Surg RN to join our team. The registered nurse will provide high-quality care for patients in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and comfort. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient information and care in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a medical-surgical setting.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
PALS certification required within 6 months of the start date.
Active RN license.
