QA Technician

As a QA Technician you'll be responsible for providing analytical support and responding to internal calls. Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret lab tests as well as complete laboratory computations leading to accurate data reporting.
• Package and prepare samples for shipment to third party testing locations.
• Conduct routine maintenance on all lab equipment and respond to technical product questions.
• Complete routine clerical work such as filing, checking, and entering required information into the computer system.
• Perform environmental and product testing, communicate results to the plant and corporate management groups as needed.
• Analyze documents such as, GMP manuals, HACCP programs and send OOS notifications.

Minimum Education Required:

High School Degree or Equivalent

Minimum Experience Required:

Previous laboratory experience, preferably in a food grade manufacturing facility, strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and computer software applications. Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
