Sales Support AssociateThe Sales Support Associate represents Ulterra Drilling Technologies in an ethical and professional manner while supporting Field Sales teams to meet customer demands. This role is responsible for inventory handling, field deliveries, coordination with internal stakeholders, and maintaining high safety and service standards in a fast-paced, on-call environment.Detailed DescriptionSupport Field Sales staff in day-to-day operations to meet customer requirementsDeliver drill bits and related inventory to field locations as requiredPerform inventory distribution, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory documentationMaintain open and consistent communication with Sales Supervisors, Applications Engineers, Account Representatives, and District ManagersEnsure compliance with all safety procedures at all timesMaintain a clean, safe, and properly serviced company vehicle, including routine maintenanceDress professionally in accordance with company and management standards, including facial hair guidelinesContinuously learn about local applications, Ulterra products, and proper product applicationPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedJob RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic computer skills with the ability to progress to intermediate proficiencyComfort using mobile applications and software similar to social media platformsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectivelyAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentComfortable with public speaking and customer interactionPositive attitude with a customer-focused mindsetMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentAt least one year of sales or related experienceValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to navigate maps and use GPS technologyBasic reading and writing proficiencyPreferred CertificationsCollege degreeForklift operation experienceAdditional DetailsThis position is a 24-hour on-call role and may require frequent field travel. The job involves physical activities such as bending, stooping, sitting, and walking. Candidates must have visual acuity, hand and finger dexterity, and the ability to communicate effectively, including talking and hearing with both close and distant vision. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
