Psychiatric Nursing Assistant Opportunity
HOPEWELL STAFFING is sourcing candidates for Psychiatric Nursing Assistant in the Vernon, TX area. See specifics below.
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule:
- Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs, evenings and nights are currently our greatest needs. Every other weekend off.
- Able to start any day during the week (M-F), given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements.
- Minimum of 2-3 weeks of on unit mentorship.
Candidate must be available for 9 consecutive days of training, M-F, 8-5 before resume is sent (this is non-negotiable)
We welcome all applicant profiles with the following requirements:
- Psych experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience in direct patient care work preferred
- One (1) year continuous work history with same employer preferred
- Works with individuals with mental illness, chemical dependency, social and/or physical disorders who are inpatient in their habilitation or rehabilitation efforts in the Mental Health Units.
