Currently, we have a Banking Operations Processor j ob opportunity with a Bank providing personal, business, and digital banking solutions while remaining deeply committed to community development and financial empowerment. The Banking Operations Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Monitoring and processing checks received through remote deposit, posting incoming wire transfers, and managing online banking access, remote deposit access, and transaction limits.
• Responding to subpoenas, processing account holds, and remitting funds for garnishments.
• Opening new accounts and servicing online banking and listing service accounts.
• Processing and researching Regulation E (Reg E) claims, managing inactive account notices, handling account escheatment, and performing related duties.
• Handling returned items, ACH transactions, and other account-related processes.

Required qualifications for the position include :

• Minimum high school education
• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience preferably in an operations setting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with peers, supervisors, management and outside vendors
• Proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, and other bank related software

Pay Rate Range : $20.50 - $22.50/hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
