Solar Construction Manager – Full Time – Ft. Lauderdale, FL, US Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually Position Summary The Solar Construction Manager plays a critical leadership role in delivering high‑quality commercial solar projects that power businesses and communities across Florida and the Caribbean. This position is responsible for leading all field operations from project kickoff through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, on time, and on budget. As a key driver of project success, you will manage crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and quality control while serving as the on‑site representative of Advanced Green Technologies. Company Summary AGT is a solar contractor specializing in the design, procurement, and construction (EPC) of commercial, industrial, and utility‑scale solar energy projects for clients in Florida and the Caribbean. Established in 2007, AGT is an experienced, award‑winning contractor completing more than 250+ Megawatts of renewable energy solutions across many market segments including private business, education, defense, government, manufacturing, and local utility companies. Key Responsibilities Lead all field operations from project kickoff through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, on time, and on budget. Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required Education High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Experience Minimum 5 years of commercial construction management experience Proven experience managing field employees and subcontractors Commercial roofing and/or solar construction experience Skills & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Successful Pre‑Employment Drug Screening Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall Ability to lift 100 lbs or more Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements Full time onsite Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
