We're hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to join an interdisciplinary rehab team focused on adult patient care in North Central New Mexico . In this full-time position, you'll provide customized therapy interventions designed to restore mobility, improve strength, and enhance independence for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. What You'll Do as a Physical Therapist Perform initial physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver hands-on therapeutic services, including functional mobility training, gait, and balance therapy Utilize various modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, cryotherapy, manual therapy, etc.) based on patient needs Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies in collaboration with the care team and referring physicians Instruct patients and caregivers in safe home exercise programs and recovery education Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EMR systems in compliance with regulatory standards Supervise PTAs and assist with training rehabilitation support staff as needed Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities Qualifications & Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or BPT accepted) Licensure & Certifications: Current New Mexico Physical Therapist license required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Preferred Experience: Open to new graduates; outpatient experience preferred Key Competencies: Knowledge of outpatient therapy techniques and best practices Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient-centered care Ability to work independently in a fast-paced rehab setting Why Join Our Rehab Team?
