Remote Associate Attorney -PA & NJ Bar Required

***This position requires active admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar*** We’re growing and seeking an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. The position offers a remote work option and is aligned with and integrated into our Pennsylvania team’s practice structure and leadership. As a full‑time Associate Attorney, you will gain immediate responsibility and become an integral part of a collaborative team with an established line of business. Attorney Qualifications: Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar and in good standing (required). J.D. from an accredited law school. Minimum of 1 years of civil defense litigation experience including general liability, premise liability and construction defects. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. Associate Attorney Position – Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary starting at $115,000, based on experience. 401(k) with matching contributions.
