Pediatrics Physician

Delphi Healthcare is currently recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician for a permanent opportunity at Lewis County Health System. This position offers the unique chance to step into an established practice as a retiring FP physician transitions out, while also helping shape and grow a developing pediatric service line. Position Overview Base Salary: $340,000 (full-time permanent outpatient + inpatient/call responsibilities) Start Bonus: $25,000 paid with first paycheck Productivity Bonus: RVU-based (paid quarterly, >50% MGMA) Call Coverage: Approximately 10 days/month (shared among 3 providers) Clinical Scope Outpatient pediatric care with opportunity to help build a new pediatric office Inpatient pediatric admissions: Level 1 Newborn Nursery Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Current PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications Benefits Package Occurrence-based malpractice coverage 6 weeks paid time off + CME allowance Premium health, dental, and disability insurance Retirement options: NY State pension or 401(k) Eligible for HHS, DANY, PSLF, and NHSC loan repayment programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
