Director of Planning and Analysis

Directing the Planning and Analysis function for dual properties, the full-time remote Director of Planning and Analysis will manage marketing and gaming analysis, oversee annual planning and quarterly forecasts, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance business profitability. Key responsibilities Directs all marketing and gaming analysis, including annual plans and quarterly forecasts Provides analysis and recommendations to senior executives to improve guest retention and loyalty Serves as a key user for analytical tools and performs revenue and cost analysis for various venues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university Experience in marketing and financial analysis, particularly in casino operations and regulatory environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access Strong mathematical, statistical, and technical financial analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple functions in an unstructured environment
