Are you a reliable leader with a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for a Janitorial Shift Supervisor-Bilingual to lead our evening cleaning crew in Nashville. Pay rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule: M-F 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Location: 3rd Ave, Nashville, TN As a Shift Supervisor, you will balance hands-on cleaning with team leadership to ensure our building stays spotless. Team leadership: Supervise evening employees, delegate tasks, and coordinate with the team to complete special cleaning projects. Manager support: Assist the Manager in quality control, ensuring the building is cleaned efficiently and meets our high-standard scope of work. General cleaning: Lead by example by performing general cleaning duties, including pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms. Safety & efficiency: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and duties are completed within the designated shift. What we are looking for (requirements): Experience: 1–3 years of janitorial, commercial cleaning, or supervisory experience required. Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse team. Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift. Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and a positive leadership attitude.
