Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. 2 – 7 years of experience preferred. Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex legal concepts clearly. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
