Your future role at a glance Location: Tulsa, OK Facility: Ascension St. John Medical Center Department/Specialty: Dialysis Schedule: PRN day shift, 12-hour shifts, 7:00am-7:00pm How you'll make an impact in this role Lead specialized hemodialysis treatments with a focus on safe vascular access, precise therapy delivery, and patient comfort. Monitor patient stability in real time, continuously tracking vitals and fluid balance to proactively prevent complications during care. Coordinate holistic renal care alongside nephrologists and care teams to keep long‑term treatment plans aligned and seamless. Empower patients and families through ongoing education on fluid management, access care, and life between treatments. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
