Store managers have the autonomy to tailor their store’s hiring, offerings, and image to meet the specific needs of their service area. We are currently seeking a dedicated Bilingual Store Manager for our Conroe location to lead a dynamic team, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional customer service while aligning with Blufox Mobile's mission of growth and operational excellence in the telecommunications industry. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Recruit, train, and develop store staff ensuring high levels of customer service and product knowledge. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment that aligns with Blufox Mobile’s customer-focused culture. Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and improve store performance. Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and store presentation to maximize sales opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and fostering strong customer relationships. Fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse customers and team members. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and use it to drive sales and operational improvements. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
