Full Time Salary Range: $62,000.00 To $78,000.00 Annually Junior Project Engineer / Project Engineer (Commercial Real Estate Developer) Full-Time Salary: $62,000 – $78,000 per year (DOE) About Us We are a rapidly growing commercial real estate developer delivering commercial, office, warehouse, and light industrial projects across the Las Vegas Valley. We are expanding our in-house construction management team and looking for a motivated Junior Project Engineer / Project Engineer to support commercial development projects from design through construction and close-out. Exposure to the full commercial development lifecycle. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with coordination of architects, civil engineers, and consultants. Support entitlement, permitting, and utility-service applications in local jurisdictions (CLV, Clark County, Henderson, NLV). Review drawings, track design updates, and help manage project documents. Assist with submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and schedule updates from general contractors. Perform site walks and help monitor construction progress and quality. Maintain project logs, budgets, and close-out documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required : Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Internships or construction-related experience highly preferred. Ability to read construction drawings and understand basic building/construction processes. Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or Smartsheet is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
