Client Retention Specialist (Customer Service / Collections) RNR Tire Express – Midwest is proud to provide our customers with affordable wheels and tires. You will help the store hit sales and retention goals and you will provide best‑in‑class service to help clients achieve ownership by finding the right products and solutions that meet their needs and fit their budget. Attire options through our online RNR Gear store. Job Requirements Previous rent‑to‑own experience is desirable but not required. Customer service, sales, call‑center or collections experience in a retail environment preferred. Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. Job Responsibilities Contact clients via phone and serve as the primary contact between the client and the company. Set daily collection goals and maintain accurate customer information. Review sales and rental orders for compliance and approval. Manage past‑due accounts, working with clients to bring accounts into good standing and help them achieve ownership. Act as a customer liaison who promotes timely rental/lease renewal payments. Assist co‑workers during peak activity, absences and planned time off. Schedule Closed Sundays; closed Saturday at 5 p.m.; closed weekdays at 6 p.m. Compliance Must comply with the drug‑free workplace program and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background checks.
