• Support in specimen collection and preanalytical preparations as required.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, educate newcomers or interns, and contribute towards upholding the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, organized workspace and adhere to regulatory stipulations as well as accreditation benchmarks.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health field along with the readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquisition of ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of joining.
• Retain current certification for the duration of your employment.
