What We Offer Competitive Pay – Starting at $55/hour based on experience Flexible Scheduling – Choose shifts that fit your lifestyle Completion Bonus Programs Employee Referral Bonuses Paid Training & Continuing Education Opportunities 24/7 Clinical Support Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Meaningful, Rewarding Work with Pediatric Patients Responsibilities As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will: Provide skilled, individualized nursing care in the home setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately Manage and care for specialized equipment, including: G-Tubes Tracheostomies Ventilators Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Educate families on care plans, treatments, and health management Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote patient comfort, safety, and quality of life Qualifications Required Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) License Current BLS Certification Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a home care environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Fairfield County Preferred Pediatric nursing experience Tracheostomy and ventilator experience PALS Certification Available Shifts Day Shifts Evening Shifts Overnight Shifts Weekend Shifts Part-Time and Per Diem opportunities available, with expected hours ranging from 16–40 hours per week .
