Insures high quality patient care and adequate radiation protection at all times. When needed, he/she is required to provide coverage for both Newburgh and/or Cornwall campuses of SLCH. **Qualifications*** Satisfactory completion of AMA approved school for Diagnostic Radiology Technology. Required* 1-3 years as a Radiologic Technologist Preferred* Technologist must be able to read, write and communicate in English.* Must possess high degree of knowledge and understanding in services and technology.* ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Required* Registered Radiologic Technologist - New York State Department of Health's Bureau of Environmental Radiation Protection Required* Temporary Permit to practice Diagnostic Radiography is acceptable for new graduates.
