We’re searching for a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic inpatient team at Doctors Medical Center.

What You’ll Do
✨ Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and set clear, achievable goals
✨ Design and implement individualized treatment plans to restore strength, mobility, and function
✨ Deliver hands-on therapy including exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
✨ Educate and empower patients and families on recovery and prevention
✨ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists for optimal outcomes
✨ Track and document progress with precision and professionalism
✨ Stay engaged through team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education

What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
California PT license (or in process)
Inpatient or Acute Care experience preferred (not required)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
❤️ Compassionate, patient-centered approach
⛑️ BLS/CPR certification
